Got into house music in the late 80's listening to kiss and centreforce and Jumping Jack Frost on lightining radio, from there went through 1990 and 1991 listening to the new sound that was Rave and Hardcore which to me was something mind blowing and cutting edge.

I started going to parties which the first was in a marque in woods near me and the whole madness about it got me hooked. I started buying records from my local shop which was Bluebird records in Bromley and Push records in Bromley and other places like Woolworths and Our price believe it or not.

Into 1992 and 1993 i found myself liking both the happier and darker side of hardcore and went to a few events one of which was one run by the Rush FM crew.

1994/1995 came and i started getting more into the djing as i had more money by now and raving became a fortnightly event although by the end of 1994 i found myself getting more into the jungle sounds rather than the happier side.

World dance was a favorite down at Lydd Airport and so was other clubs like Bagleys and Equinox. Around this time i was djing at small club nights including Reflektion, Let Go and Fluke which were great experience at the time.

1995/1996 came and i was heavilly into the new sound of Drum and Bass and went to events like Elevation and Jungle Soundclash to name a few. 1997 sent me back to the old skool and started buying records a lot more from second hand record shops and djing at loads of small club nights and house parties.

I stopped going raving in around 2000 due to the fact of the vibe and atmosphere not being what it was and got more into just bedroom mixing etc.

Today im married with 2 kids and very happy with my lovely wife although i still love the music as much now as i did then hence im still djing on the internet stations - Big up all the Renegade family :)
