My love of music started an early age. The first record I ever bought was 'White Lines' by Grandmaster and Melle Mel in 1984. I was an avid radio listener even back then and would always try to listen to pirate stations.
This carried on through to the early 90's.

Being a student in 1992 I didn't have much money to buy tunes or go raving (the fact that I looked about 14 at the age of 18 didn't help either!). So I was happy just to have tunes on tapes at the time.Most of which have been chewed up, lost, recorded over or lent out to people who never gave them back (you know who you are!).So I didn't really start buying oldskool hardcore until about 2002.

I love everything from 88 to 95, but I play mostly 91 to 94 during my shows. My fave era is 93. The darker the better as well. And you will always hear plenty of those sort of tunes during my shows.
